Resident Evil 4 Remake The Mercenaries DLC Will Be Free

The Mercenaries DLC will appear in Resident Evil 4 Remake for free starting on April 7, 2023. This mode also existed in the original version of the game. It is a lot more action-packed than the main campaign, and it focuses on killing enemies as fast as possible to get a high score. [Thanks, 4Gamer!]

Since its original incarnation in Resident Evil 3: Nemesis, Resident Evil games have featured a The Mercenaries minigame or something similar. In Resident Evil 4, the version of The Mercenaries allowed you to play as HUNK and the Giant Chainsaw Man. It also featured the unlockable Handcannon weapon. Kennedy and his mission to rescue the president’s daughter Ashley, though. You can read our review for it here.

Resident Evil 4 Remake is available for the PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X, and Windows PC. The Mercenaries DLC for Resident Evil 4 Remake will come out for free on April 7, 2023.
