As expected, HoYoVerse released a new Genshin Impact soundtrack EP video. It tends to do so around update releases, usually in time with character reruns or debuts. This latest one is called “A Handful of Golden Dreams”. It consists of three songs from the Genshin Impact Sumeru desert region and features Cyno as the video’s star, though Tighnari and Genius Invokation TCG make a cameo at the end.
Here’s the full Genshin Impact “A Handful of Golden Dreams” soundtrack EP music video. The video begins with the song “Obliterated Dust.” After that, “Ruins of Scorching Might” plays. It closes out with “Sleepless Night.” If someone’s been around the Sumeru deserts in Genshin Impact and played through the latest questlines, it should all sound and look familiar. For the final song, it brings things back to Sumeru city and shows Cyno playing Genius Invokation TCG with Tighnari.
This is par for the course for HoYoVerse. Ahead of Yelan’s return in 3.4, “Night of Dice-Twirling Musings” showed up. That involved a video with tracks from Liyue while Yelan and Ninguang appeared. Before that, “Strolling Beneath a Moon Awaiting Spring” took viewers to Inazuma to listen to more songs while watching Ayato.
Genshin Impact is available for the PS4, PS5, PC, and mobile devices, and the Cyno rerun banner will be back on March 1, 2023.
