Called Magolor Epilogue, the mode is accessible after clearing the Kirby’s Return to Dreamland Deluxe story mode. The epilogue consists of over 20 stages, and supports four-player co-op. Players will control Magolor, who has lost his powers. Players will need to augment Magolor’s abilities using collectibles to improve his chances of survival.

Return to Dreamland Deluxe is a enhanced edition of the 2011 Nintendo Wii era title. In it, Kirby encounters Magolor, who needs help returning home after his spaceship is broken into multiple pieces. Kirby and his companions must scour Dreamland for the fragments. In return, Magolor promises the crew a trip through space to his home world.

In addition to the Magolor Epilogue, a playable demo will be made available on the Nintendo Switch eShop by February 9, 2023. The demo will include a selection of stages and minigames.

Kirby’s Return to Dreamland Deluxe will launch on Switch on February 24, 2023.
