Atelier Ryza and Atelier Ryza 2 Physical Copy Reprints Coming

People will get a chance to get a physical copy of Atelier Ryza or Atelier Ryza 2 again. Video Games Plus announced a reprint of both games. It will sell Switch copies of the original game. As for the sequel, both Switch and PS4 versions will be available. These will be available on January 31, 2023 at 10am PT/1pm ET/7pm CET.

The official storefront already has listings for both available. PS4 physical copies of the original Atelier Ryza are already available on the site, with five copies available as of 12pm ET on January 30, 2023. The product pages for the other three note those will go live on January 31, 2023. The original game is CAD $54.99 (~$41.18). The sequel will cost CAD $69.99 (~$52.41).

New copies of both games are unavailable via GameStop. A pre-owned copy of the original game on the Switch is $54.99 and PS4 is $48.99. The sequel is shown as “sold out” there. A third-party seller is selling the original Switch version for $52.99 on Amazon. A third party is selling both Switch and PS4 copies of the sequel for $79.99 on Amazon.

Atelier Ryza: Ever Darkness & the Secret Hideout is available for the Switch, PS4, and PC. Atelier Ryza 2: Lost Legends & the Secret Fairy is out on the Switch, PS4, PS5, and PC. Orders for the Atelier Ryza 1 and 2 physical copy reprints open January 31, 2023. Following a brief delay, Atelier Ryza 3: Alchemist of the End & Secret Key will come to the Switch, PS4, and PS5 on March 24, 2023.
