Kenny Omega and Rahul Kohli to Appear in Like a Dragon: Ishin

Wrestler Kenny Omega and actor Rahul Kohli will make cameo appearances in Like a Dragon: Ishin as Trooper Cards. They are two of six special guests who will appear in the game. Both of them, as well as the future special guest Trooper Cards, will be free DLC starting from early access on February 17, 2023.

Kenny Omega is the executive vice president of AEW (All Elite Wrestling), as well as the former AEW World Champion. When you use the Kenny Omega Trooper Card in Like a Dragon: Ishin, he activates the Essence of the One-Winged Angel. It will slash the enemies with his angel’s wing.

Rahul Kohli is an actor who has appeared on iZombie and Supergirl. He also voiced Scarecrow, or Dr. Jonathan Crane, on Harley Quinn. When you activate the Rahul Kohli Trooper Card, he uses the Essence of Firestorm. With his righteous anger, he incinerates the enemies with fiery waves. Both he and Kenny Omega are huge fans of the LIke a Dragon series, and have expressed their excitement in their interviews with Sega.

Trooper Cards are a new mechanic that will appear in Like a Dragon: Ishin. They work as skills and you can combine them in different ways to maximize their potential. Ryoma can collect them and upgrade them on his journey through Bakumatsu Japan.

Like a Dragon: Ishin will come out on the PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X, and Windows PC on February 21, 2023. Kenny Omega and Rahul Kohli will be free DLC for Ishin.
