Square Enix fixed a voice acting issue in Crisis Core FFVII Reunion with a new patch. On January 26, 2023, it released an update that adjusts a timing issue. Once applied, the pace of the voice over matches the appearance of subtitles.
Here’s the official announcement. It confirmed people on every console and PC can now update the game.

As a reminder, one of the additions in the remaster and rerelease is that there is now full voice acting present throughout Crisis Core FFVII Reunion. However, a number of roles were also recast.
As for people who preferred the original Crisis Core PSP voice acting, there is an option for those playing on PCs. A modder named Svenchu released a mod that restores the original voice actors. It doesn’t cover all moments present in-game. However, when applied, people can hear the past voice actors for Zack, Aerith, Cloud, Genesis, and Sephiroth.
Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII Reunion is available for the Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and Windows PC.
