The Alliance Alive HD Remastered is now available on iOS and Android devices for the west. They are not free, costing around $11.99. You will need to have 3.8 GB of space available on your phone in order to download it. As well, you can play it in English, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese, or Traditional Chinese.
In Japan, the mobile versions of The Alliance Alive HD Remastered came out in 2021. It boasts improved graphics than the original 2017 release, and you will use a virtual D-pad to move around. There are also simplified controls to accommodate for the lack of buttons that you can press on the phone compared to the 3DS, Switch, or PS4.
The Alliance Alive HD Remastered follows a group of nine allies that came together to save humanity from invading Daemons. Though they are of different races, genders, and backgrounds, they all work together under the common goal of reclaiming the world. It is a turn-based JRPG (that you can play offline) and features a story by Yoshitaka Murayama. Murayama is the writer behind the Suikoden series. Masashi Hamauzu, who worked on Final Fantasy XIII, is the composer.
The Alliance Alive HD Remastered is available for the Nintendo Switch, PS4, Windows PC, iOS, and Android.
