The final part 3 of the Attack on Titan: The Final Season anime is coming soon. The official website and social media account for the show received a new key visual poster. It highlights key characters involved in what they’re calling the “conclusion” of the long-running Attack on Titan saga. The Final Season anime debuted in 2020, with part 2 airing earlier in 2022 and running for 12 episodes.
Check out the poster below. Note that it may contain spoilers for Part 2 and the story of Attack on Titan more generally.
The Attack on Titan Final Season Part 3 poster takes advantage of the series’ now-iconic omnidirectional maneuver gear to show its key characters swirling around the center of the image of a massive titan. Mikasa Ackermann, Levi Ackerman, Armin Arlert, Jean Kirstein, Reiner Braun, and Connie Springer are all visible. They’re also wearing the updated versions of the omnidirectional maneuver gear, debuted during The Final Season. This update made it as effective in combat against humans as against Titans. “Thunder Spear” rockets are also visible in Connie and Jean’s hands. These explosives were developed for use against The Armored Titan in the final battles of the third season of the anime.
Like the other parts of the show, Part 3 is being produced by MAPPA. This season MAPPA also produced Dance Dance Danseur and is producing Chainsaw Man’s anime adaptation.
Attack on Titan: The Final Season Part 3 premieres in 2023. Previous parts and seasons are available on streaming services like Crunchyroll and Netflix.
