Guilty Gear Strive Bridget Yo-Yo merchandise revealed on her birthday

Guilty Gear Bridget Yo-yo Will Be Sold in November 2022

Arc System Works celebrated the birthday of Guilty Gear series character Bridget with numerous merchandise projects. One of them will be an actual yo-yo based on the weapon she uses in the fighting games. The game company is working with the yo-yo producer Spingear to release the one based on Guilty Gear Strive‘s Bridget on November 21, 2022.

The commemorative yo-yo merchandise will have a design loosely based on Bridget’s weapon in Guilty Gear Strive. Her original yo-yo has a design inspired by a revolving gun cylinder. This revolver design will apply as a decoration on one side of the merchandise, but the other side will instead feature Bridget’s portrait. The size is also more akin to other conventional yo-yos, as it will be based on Spingear’s Looping Star model.

Every purchase of the Bridget yo-yo will also come with an acrylic stand of the character. The owner will be able to store the yo-yo by attaching it to the stand.

Spingear has also uploaded a promotional video which shows a former three-time world yo-yo champion performing some actions with the Bridget Yo-Yo merchandise.

Besides the yo-yo merchandise, Arc System Works announced a collaboration with Takara Tomy, where the latter will create one of its staple products with Bridget’s design. Additional details about Takara Tomy’s item will appear in November 2022.

Arc System Works is also holding a Bridget birthday sweepstake in Japan. Three lucky winners can get a set of goods based on the character if they have applied by November 1, 2022.

Guilty Gear Strive is available on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, PC, and arcades. Arc System Works will also bring the fighting game to Xbox Series X and Xbox One in Spring 2023.

The Guilty Gear Strive Bridget Yo-Yo will be available on November 21, 2022 for 4,400 yen (~$29.99). Spingear’s web store supports international shipping and accepts payments via PayPal and credit cards.
