The first MMBN crossover content for Medabots S appeared in August 2021. The event added Medabots version of MegaMan.EXE, Roll.EXE, and Bass.EXE, which Imagineer named as RockTrans, HeartRoll, and Fortate, respectively. Players who missed the three units previously will have another chance to obtain them in this time-limited event.

Medabots S is available on iOS and Android devices in Japan. The second wave of Mega Man Battle Network crossover content will appear in the mobile game on October 13, 2022.
