Nintendo announced that a remastered version of Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life will release for the Nintendo Switch. The game will release sometime in Summer 2023, and on January 26, 2023, in Japan.
Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life originally appeared on the Gamecube back in 2003. The game played similarly to previous Story of Seasons and Harvest Moon titles with 3D graphics. Notably, the game featured an aging mechanic that allows players to visibly age alongside their children.

A new trailer for the Nintendo Switch port appeared as part of the recent Nintendo Direct. The trailer did not mention any additions or quality-of-life updates.
