Nintendo helps Europe master Maths

Sometime next year Nintendo is releasing Professor Kageyama's Maths Training, which I presume to be a localized version of one of the Kageyama Method Masu X Masu games, in Europe. The second game in the series was creatively advertised with an elementary school girl doing the windmill, headspins and 1990s. She’s really not bad either! But the Kageyama Method doesn’t help you master breakdancing (darn), it’s a math drilling program.

The second interesting piece (the breakdancing video is rocking) is the title is not published by Nintendo in Japan. Professor Kageyama's Maths Training is from Shogakukan, a book publisher, manga publisher and the parent company of Viz Media. Yeah, this isn’t Nintendo developed, but the same Dr. So-and-So branding should push sales of it to unsuspecting parents who would have bought Donkey Kong Jr. Math many moons ago.
