Yet another new weapon is joining Splatoon 3, with the Triple Inkstrike stepping into the spotlight. This time, the item looks a little like a lawn dart. After throwing three of them, it will deal area of attack damage to areas around where they fall.
First, here’s a look at the weapon itself. Its logo in the bottom right shows it is part of the Splat brand that’s existed since Splatoon.

Boom! We didn't want you to wait too long. Observe how a user can group ink strikes closely…or space them out strategically. Truly, this is a weapon that rewards the flexible and calculating user. This means we’ve now gotten a better look at three new Splatoon 3 weapons. The first one to show up is a sort of bow. It’s called the Stringer and appears in marketing for the game. The other is the Ink Vac. It can inhale enemy ink attacks and spit them back out at foes.
Splatoon 3 will appear on the Nintendo Switch on September 9, 2022.
