If you’ve ever wondered how much it would cost to go see Loveless in FFVII Remake, Square Enix has you covered. In honor of World Theatre Day, the company revealed some key details about the fictional play including prices for premium tickets, as well as the full poster design as it appeared in FFVII Remake.
Loveless is a musical that originally appeared in Final Fantasy VII, featured prominently on a large billboard in Midgar. The musical also appeared in FFVII Remake with a different poster design. Derived from a book of poetry, the story is so popular that a street in Midgar was named after it. While initially playing a relatively minor role in both games, the poem-turned-play would go on to be a major plot point in Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII.
According to Square Enix, there are actually two different theatrical versions of Loveless. The more well-known of the two is the musical. However, there is also a stage play version that shows every year in Midgar. Additionally, first-floor premium seats can cost as much as 50,000 Gil. In comparison, a single Phoenix Down costs 300 Gil.
