New Rune Factory 5 Trailer Focuses on Its Story

There’s Rune Factory 5 news ahead of launch, with a trailer out to look at its story and a Wooly keychain offer. The video is something of a brief look at the game. It spends about a minute looking at the adventure. As for the Wooly keychain, it is available via different means in North America, Europe, and Australia.

The Rune Factory 5 story trailer explains how the layer’s unique earthmate abilities can unite the town. It shows the avatar rescuing Hina from some monsters. It also shows the male version of the hero helping Misasagi. After that, it focuses on gameplay. It shows how people can tend to and ride monsters. There’s a clip of a wedding ceremony, farming, riding monsters, and battling both smaller monsters and bosses. It also mentions that if players are successful, they can make the lands peaceful again.

Depending on where you are, you might have to pay extra for the Rune Factory 5 Wooly keychain. In North America, it’s an Xseed store bonus. For $5 more, you can get it bundled with your standard or limited edition copy. This makes the basic copy $64.99 and Earthmate one $84.99. In Australia and Europe, it is included as a pre-order bonus from certain stores. The official announcement confirmed GAME will be the only UK store with it.

Rune Factory 5 will come to the Nintendo Switch on March 22, 2022 in North America and on March 25, 2022 in Australia and Europe. It is available in Japan now.
