Trevenant is the Next New Pokemon Unite Playable Character

The next new Pokemon to appear in Pokemon Unite will be Trevenant. The ghost and grass-type character will be playable in the near future. However, there’s no exact release date yet. The launch could be close however, as there is already gameplay footage of it.

Here’s how Trevenant will look in Pokemon Unite. It is going to be a Defender-type character. This means people can expect high defense. It could end up being a good Pokemon to place near a goal to protect it from enemies.

New playable Pokemon characters appear in Pokemon Unite at a steady pace. Tsareena and Dragonite both appeared in December 2021. Prior to that, Decidueye showed up in November 2021 and Greedant in October 2021.

This isn’t the only Pokemon Unite update on the way. It’s getting a new way to play and will be part of a big event. Timi Studios and The Pokemon Company International confirmed it will get a new mode in the future. It will also be among the games that show up at the 2022 Pokemon World Championships. Throughout the year, teams can compete for a spot at the competitive event.

Pokemon Unite is available for the Nintendo Switch and Android and Apple iOS devices, and Trevenant is its next playable character.
