We know who will be playing the Red Ribbon Army in Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero. The cast was confirmed in a new update on the upcoming film’s official website and Twitter account.
The cast update identifies three of the characters visible on the movie’s poster as the leaders of the Red Ribbon Army, an antagonistic faction whose actions spur the story of Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero forward.
The character on the far right in a purple hero costume is Doctor Hedo, a brilliant android-creating scientist. The Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero cast roll identifies his voice actor as Miyu Irino, who also plays Sora in Kingdom Hearts‘ Japanese dub and Haikyu!!‘s Koshi Sugawara.
The man on the far left standing on a step stool is Magenta, President of Red Pharmaceuticals, which is the public-facing front for the Red Ribbon Army. He’s played by Volcano Ohta, who also played Kenny in Cop Craft, and Nagamasa Mora in My Hero Academia.
The man to Magenta’s left in the bright red suit is Carmine, Magenta’s aide and driver. Carmine is voiced by Ryota Takeuchi. Takeuchi played Moritz in Atelier Ryza, Haikyu!!‘s Wakatoshi Ushijima, and Asgeir in Vinland Saga.
Gamma 1 and Gamma 2 are voiced by Mamoru Miyano, and Hiroshi Kamiya, respectively. Miyano voices Ryuji in Persona 5, Ignis in Final Fantasy XV, Riku in Kingdom Hearts, and Setsuna F. Seiei in Gundam 00. Kamiya voices Shinji Matou in the Fate franchise, Tieria Erde in Gundam 00, and Levi in Attack on Titan.
