The latest SNK KOF XV reveal involves an isolated look at the returning song “Bloody.” This is the background track for Iori Yagami and Yashiro Nanakase fights. It is one of multiple songs designed to play during certain matches.

To help provide more context, SNK later shared a different KOF version of “Bloody.” This one came from KOF ’97. However, that track also appeared in other mainline games like KOF ‘98 and KOF 2002. It also showed up in the KOF Allstar spin-off.

SNK shared information about KOF XV in many ways ahead of launch. It gradually released backstories for each team. These explain why characters are appearing or working together. Idle animations for people appear. SNK Character Designer Tomohiro Nakata also offers insights into characters’ KOF XV designs and movesets.
KOF XV will appear on February 17, 2022 on the PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store. An Omega Edition will appear in Europe.
