Hololive Tokino Sora in Weiss Schwarz TCG

All Hololive Characters Will Appear in Weiss Schwarz TCG

Bushiroad announced at its 2021 TCG Strategy Presentation stream that it will release Weiss Schwarz Premium Booster: Hololive Production at Hololive Super Expo 2022. It will feature 53 characters, which accounts for all active VTubers in the group known to date — including the English and Indonesian VTubers. [Thanks, Hobby Watch!]

Weiss Schwarz is a long-running crossover trading card game that Bushiroad has been making since 2008. It has included characters from numerous anime and game franchises, such as FateLove LiveDisgaea, and Persona. While a console game adaptation appeared on PlayStation Portable in 2011, the physical card game is still actively adding more titles into the lineup.

Bushiroad previously released Hololive-themed Weiss Schwarz trial decks in September 2021 and booster packs in October 2021. However, the lineup so far only featured mainline Japanese VTubers from Generations 0 through 5, including Hololive Gamers.

The upcoming Premium Booster will expand the roster by adding the new Japanese 6th Gen Secret Society holoX, INNK Music’s AZKi, and international VTubers from Hololive English and Indonesia. As a side note, the card game will also become the primary sponsor of Hololive Super Expo 2022.

Weiss Schwarz Premium Booster: Hololive Production will be available for sale at Hololive Super Expo 2022, set to take place physically at Makuhari Messe on March 19-20, 2022.
