Pre-registrations for the mobile battle royale title practically doubled over the past week. Previously, Square Enix announced that pre-registrations for FFVII The First Soldier reached 1 million, unlocking a similar Shinra reward for cars. Users will receive the cosmetics as a log-in bonus once the game officially launches.

Square Enix opened pre-registration for the game in late October. Various other bonus rewards were also featured, including a Shinra-branded mask, a motorcycle skin, and a Chocobo egg. Earlier this month, Square Enix also revealed the release date of the game alongside a CGI trailer.

Ateam and Square Enix are enlisting the help of players in order to promote the game as well. Those chosen to become ambassadors for the game will be able to talk with the developers behind the scenes and have early access to new content. Furthermore, ambassadors will also get a special title in the FFVII The First Soldier official Discord channel. Registration for the ambassador program closed on November 3, 2021.

FFVII The First Soldier will release for iOS and Android devices on November 17, 2021, and pre-registration is immediately available.
