Official Pokeball Replicas to Release in December

The Pokemon Company announced plans to release official Pokeball replicas through the Pokemon Center online store starting December 1, 2021. A total of five different Pokeball replicas will be available to purchase. Each replica will cost 15,400 yen, or roughly $135. [Thanks, Famitsu!]

Each replica will feature a touch sensor that, when activated, will cause a special glowing effect on the Pokeball. Additionally, the replicas will feature a shell coating, which will give the item a lustrous finish. The replicas that will be available to purchase through the Pokemon Center online store include:

• Pokeball
• Great Ball
• Ultra Ball
• Premier Ball
• Dark Ball

Each of these replicas will come with a special box and display case. It will also come with a metal ring that can be used to display the replicas outside of the included display case. While these items will be available to purchase through the Pokemon Center online storefront, there are currently no plans to sell the replicas at any physical locations.

Other recently announced Pokemon related merchandise includes the release of LeSportsac Pokemon inspired bags and accessories. These items will be available for a limited time through select locations. A total of 12 bags and accessories will be available to purchase through the collaboration. Each of these items features a unique design.
