Genshin Impact Shiki Taishou Web Event Begins

MiHoYo announced another Genshin Impact web event, and this one stars Shiki Taishou. It’s something of an extension of the Labyrinth Warriors event. During it, the characters who starred in it gather together to grill fish. You then get rewards based on friendship levels.

When people head to the site, they will see Childe fishing, Xinyan grilling, and both Paimon and Shiki Taishou watching. Your goal is to build up friendship with Shiki Taishou. This is accomplished by cooking fish and getting recipes. So, say, for cooking something like a Grilled Fish with Mild Seasoning, you’ll boost your friendship and get Mora. For completing the event and building up friendship, you’ll get Crystal Cores, Hero’s Wits, Mora, Mystic Enhancement Ores, and Primogems.

Keep in mind, this isn’t how you earn the Shiki Taishou gadget, Shiki Koshou. To get that, you need to go through the Labyrinth Warriors event in-game. That runs until November 8, 2021. After completing the Away with Obsessions and Falsehood quest and third stage of the Mystic Onmyou Chamber Domain, you’ll go through a story quest. You’ll then be given Shiki Koshou as a reward.

Genshin Impact is available for the PS4, PS5, PC, and mobile devices. It will also head to the Nintendo Switch. The Genshin Impact Shiki Taishou Yummy! Barbecue Under the Stars web event will end on November 7, 2021.
