Nintendo of America has announced an in-game bonus for the upcoming Switch title Pokemon Legends: Arceus. Players will receive a code that players can redeem for 30 Heavy Balls by purchasing a digital copy of the game. Players can claim Pokemon Legends: Arceus preorder bonus codes until May 9, 2022. They’ll expire on May 16, 2022.

Heavy Balls are more effective at catching Pokemon that haven’t yet noticed you. Players are warned that due to their weight, it’s advisable to get very close to the Pokemon you’d like to catch before throwing one. You’ll need an internet connection to claim the code, but a Nintendo Switch Online membership is not necessary.
Previously, The Pokemon Company announced that the Pokemon Legends: Arceus preorder bonus for retail purchases will be a Hisuian Growlithe Kimono Set. Players will receive this through the game’s Mystery Gift feature. This function is available after approximately two hours of gameplay.
The August 2021 Pokemon Presents showcase featured a new trailer for Pokemon Legends: Arceus. It highlighted the title’s gameplay and region. It also gave a glimpse into new characters and Pokemon available in the Hisui region.
Pokemon Legends: Arceus will launch on the Nintendo Switch on January 28, 2022. Enhanced remakes of Pokemon Diamond and Pearl, Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, will come to the Switch on November 19, 2021.
