Monster Hunter Rise and Monster Hunter Riders Will Collaborate Again

Another Monster Hunter Rise collaboration event it set to appear in Monster Hunter Riders. Capcom has officially announced the second collaboration event, which will see the addition of the Crimson Glow Valstrax into the mobile title. The collaboration event will begin on August 24, 2021. Additionally a 1.5 Year Anniversary Campaign is currently underway. [Thanks, Gamer!]

Capcom released a trailer to lead up to the collaboration event. It features the Crimson Glow Valstrax and several unique units that players can obtain through the event banners. Additionally, players that participate in the event will receive a special item pack to use in Monster Hunter Rise. Capcom did not provide any details regarding the item pack as of writing.

This is the second collaboration event to occur between the two titles. The first collaboration event saw a unique Monster Hunter Rise variant of an already existing character, equipped with the Magnamalo armor set and Longsword, to appear. Additionally, players could obtain the Magnamalo through the limited time collaboration banner.

Monster Hunter Riders is immediately available for Android and iOS to Japanese audiences. Monster Hunter Rise is available for the Nintendo Switch, a PC version is set to appear in early 2022.
