FFXIV Lore Book Reprints and Poster Collection Arrive in 2022

Multiple Final Fantasy XIV books are on the way in 2022. Square Enix announced a bevy of titles with pre-orders opening this year ahead of a debut the next. First, two FFXIV lore books are coming back, as Encyclopaedia Eorzea Vol. 1 and 2 will show up on April 12, 2022. Then on May 10, 2022, FFXIV Poster Collection will appear. Finally, July 26, 2022 will bring with it a FFXIV Picture Book localization.

Encyclopaedia Eorzea Vol. 1 and 2 will cost $49.99 each. Both books go over the world and characters in FFXIV, offering new insights into its lore and backstory. Each one also offers a code for an in-game bonus. Vol. 1 includes a Namingway minion code, while Vol. 2 gives people Matoya’s Hat.

The FFXIV Poster Collection is a book filled with 27 posters based on art from the MMORPG. Its pre-orders will open on August 10, 2021 for $29.99 each. All of the posters inside are 11” x 14” and on card stock, so they can be removed and displayed.

Finally, the FFXIV Picture Book is the first one of its kind from Square Enix. Banri Oda and Hiroyuki Nagamine’s story follows the village of Namazu as the community tries to get an Odder Otter to make it rain. Pre-orders for the $14.99 book will open on October 26, 2021.

All of the next Final Fantasy XIV books will appear in 2022. Encyclopaedia Eorzea Vol. 1 and 2 will show up on April 12, 2022. FFXIV Poster Collection will launch on May 10, 2022. FFXIV Picture Book will debut on July 26, 2021.
