A few details about the next new Dragon Ball Super movie came up at Comic-Con@Home 2021. The film will be called Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero. We already knew it was on the way and would debut in 2022. There are also a few teasers online, like a brief clip showing off the logo and a website.
First, here’s the teaser clip showing off the new title. It notes “roadshow” when it says 2022, suggesting it will show up in a number of different theaters.

As for the website, there’s not much there yet. People can watch the teaser clip, which announces the name and shows off Goku. However, the Comic Con@Home 2021 announcement included comments from people involved. Shueisha Executive Producer Akio Iyoku said series creator Akira Toriyama is working on it and “was highly involved in the illustration process for the movie’s characters.” Producer Norihiro Hayashida also said it will have “a lot more slice-of-life scenes” compared to the last movie, Dragon Ball Super: Broly.
The next Dragon Ball Super movie is Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero, and people will be able to see it in 2022.
