AI: The Somnium Files nirvanA Initiative Revealed

On June 28, 2021, Spike Chunsoft revealed a teaser website for a new game. At the time, it consisted of a mystery to solve, with nine eyes acting as TV screens with clues, and a #NineEyesTV hashtag. Imagery and notes suggested it was connected to the AI: The Somnium Files series. Now, it’s been revealed as AI: The Somnium Files nirvanA Initiative. Sony shared a tweet revealing its Spring 2022 PS4 and PS5 release window. An official Spike Chunsoft trailer also confirmed Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and PC versions.

The Sony announcement also confirmed a detail about the game. One of the characters from the original game will return as the star. Mizuki Okiura, the daughter of Kaname Date’s friend that he’s raising, will be the star. She’ll be acting as a special agent in the adventure.
