Square Enix has uploaded several recipes based on food from the real-life Eorzea Café and challenged fans to try and make them. You can see fans’ attempts in the replies on the Final Fantasy XIV Twitter post. The digital cooking class is part of Final Fantasy XIV’s Fan Festival, which streamed online from May 14 to 15.
There are six Eorzea Café recipes that you can try making:
- Giant Beaver Croquettes
- Tonberry Omurice
- Moogle Honey Toast
- Sky Blue Dye
- Mudpie Chocolate Plate
- Ardbert: The First’s Warrior of Light
All of these recipes are items that you can purchase from Eorzea Café, which is located in Akihabara, Tokyo. There are also cooking videos to follow along to. Though it may be difficult to replicate the actual location’s Carline Canopy aesthetic at home, you can at least enjoy a taste of Eorzea from the comfort of your own kitchen. The website lists each recipe’s culinarian level and item level, which denotes their difficulty.
During Final Fantasy XIV Fan Fest, Square Enix announced a November release date for the newest expansion, Endwalker. Endwalker will allow players to visit the Moon, which is home to small bunny people called Loporrits. Endwalker will also introduce a new Reaper job, male Viera, and female Hrothgar.
Final Fantasy XIV is available for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and the Windows PC. Final Fantasy XIV: Endwalker will release on November 23, 2021.
