Scarlet Nexus Footage Shows How to Serve Up Trouble for Barrista Santa

Ahead of launch, Bandai Namco’s gone through tactics people can employ when facing some of Scarlet Nexus’ enemies. The latest video looks at a kind of Other called Barrista Santa. While it has a whimsical, jolly name, the Scarlet Nexus footage shows how to handle a potentially fierce opponent.

This Scarlet Nexus video involves a team that consists of Kasane Randall, Arashi Spring, and Shiden Ritter. The three are exploring a building when they come across a level 36 Barrista Santa. This kind of Other essentially covered itself in armor, with a shell you have to break to deal damage to it. It also uses its tentacles to grab things and throw them at you. Bandai Namco’s tip noted to use Clairvoyance, a power Tsugumi has, to see where thrown items might go. Kasane also borrows Shiden’s electrokinesis to damage it.

The last video showed Yuito, Luka, and Tsugumi fighting Slippy Chinery.

Scarlet Nexus will come to the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC on June 25, 2021. An anime adaptation is also being developed.
