The latest entry in the Yu-Gi-Oh! series, Yu-Gi-Oh Rush Duel: Saikyou Battle Royale!! will release on August 12, 2021. Additionally, various pre-order bonuses were revealed alongside this announcement. A demo will also arrive for users at a later date. Various amiibo cards will be available for consumers to purchase, however details regarding the cards have yet to be revealed. The title was originally revealed in March 2021, which featured the opening of an official website. However, information on the website remains sparse outside a brief description about how the systems will work.
Yu-Gi-Oh Rush Duel: Saikyou Battle Royale!! will feature a “Duel Rush” system. It lets players summon monsters rapidly and as often as they’d like, with the mechanics slightly differing from more traditional duels. Additionally, recognizable characters from the series like Yugi will appear in the game.
New Yu-Gi-Oh! merchandise was recently announced, with the announcement of a Dark Magician Girl Nendoroid appearing in March 2021. Additionally, consumers can get their hands on a special Millennium Puzzle that comes without instructions, true to the source material.
Yu-Gi-Oh! Rush Duel: Saikyou Battle Royale!! will release on August 12, 2021 on the Nintendo Switch to Japanese audiences.
