Genshin Impact Kaeya and Lisa Comics Highlight Their Personalities

As part of a promotional tool, miHoYo often releases four-panel comics retelling the campaign’s story. It’s still early days in this adaptation, as it’s reached the point where Aether meets some Knights of Favonius in the prologue. Now the latest Genshin Impact comic entries focus on first encounters with Cavalry Captain Kaeya and Lisa the librarian.

To be specific, these comic entries go through some of the temple quests people would experience in the Prologue Archon Quests. The initial one involves the Kaeya Crash Course quest at the Thousand Winds Temple’s Temple of the Wolf. It offers an explanation as to why he’s so willing to heap praise upon Aether and Paimon.

The second recent Genshin Impact comic is inspired by the Lisa Sparks Among the Pages quest at Galesong Hill’s Temple of the Lion. While it is educational and explains how the Electro-Charged reaction works, it also shows the consequences of getting caught up in one.

Now that the comic is really in the swing of things, people should see multiple characters returning for cameos. For example, this is Kaeya’s second appearance. Also, given that there’s a third in this series of Knights of Favonius Archon Quests in-game, we could see another one involving Amber again that’s based on Winds of the Past.

Genshin Impact is available for the PlayStation 4, PC, and mobile devices. A Switch version is also on the way.
