Google and Capcom announced Resident Evil games, like Resident Evil 7 and Resident Evil Village, are heading to Google Stadia. The former will appear first on April 1, 2021, and it will also be a Stadia Pro game that month. The latter will appear on May 7, 2021, the same day the game will appear on every platform. Also, people who pre-order Resident Evil Village can get a free Stadia Premiere Edition.
With Resident Evil 7, people will be able to get the Gold Edition on Stadia. This gives you the base game, Banned Footage Vol.1, Banned Footage Vol.2, End of Zoe, and Not a Hero. All Stadia Pro subscribers will also have free access to it the day it launches, provided they maintain their subscription.
As for Resident Evil Village and its free Premiere Edition offer, people need to buy the $59.99 game through Google before its supplies run out. If you placed an order before May 21, 2021, you could qualify. Google will email people who do with a code needed to get their controller and Chromecast Ultra.
Here’s the latest trailer for the game.
Resident Evil 7 is available on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC worldwide and also Nintendo Switch in Japan, and it will come to Stadia on April 1, 2021. Resident Evil Village will come to the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, PC, and Stadia on May 7, 2021.
