Arc System Works announced another Guilty Gear Strive delay. This one will be shorter than the last one. It will launch on June 11, 2021. As a reminder, the May 2020 delay pushed it back from late 2020 into early 2021.

The developer cited feedback from the February 2021 beta as part of the reason for the delay. For example, it mentioned improved server stability as a goal for the full version. During the beta, server issues kept people from playing. This even led to Arc System Works extending it

Here’s is Arc System Works’ full statement regarding the Guilty Gear Strive delay:

Arc System Works’ last Guilty Gear Strive announcement appeared during the February 2021 Japan Fighting Game Publishers Roundtable. It revealed I-No as a playable character. The company will also be part of the March 2021 New Game+ Expo. It is possible it could show new footage from the fighter or make some other related announcement.

Due to the Guilty Gear Strive delay, the game will come to the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC on June 11, 2021. An arcade version is also in the works.
