Tekken 7 Season Pass 4 Teases a New Character From Poland

Bandai Namco showed a new Tekken 7 teaser trailer at the 2nd Japan Fighting Game Publisher Roundtable stream hosted by the company. It hinted that the next fighter coming to the Tekken 7 roster in early Spring 2021 will be a female character who is also the current prime minister of Poland in the Tekken universe.

The short Tekken 7 trailer put much emphasis on Poland by first showing real-life footage taken from the country. It then moved on to in-game footage showing a woman exiting a car while talking on the phone. Addressed as the prime minister, the character said in her native Polish that she has to win for the sake of her nation’s people.

This new character will wrap up Tekken 7‘s fourth season pass with a new stage set to be added together in early Spring 2021. The latest season pass primarily contains two new characters and two stages. The first character in the pass is Kunimitsu, who has been available since November 2020, along with the stage used on her reveal trailer.

In a recent interview video published in January 2021, the series executive producer Katsuhiro Harada talked about how the team could create more DLC seasons thanks to high turnout in many tournaments. He also noted how the team decided to focus on improving the online infrastructure due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Tekken 7 is immediately available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, and arcades.
