Diablo IV Rogue Class

Diablo IV Rogue Class Showcased in BlizzCon Video

Blizzard has announced that players will be able to be a Rogue in Diablo IV. The class was revealed during Blizzard’s online version of the BlizzCon 2021 events, BlizzConline.

The Rogue will be a dexterity-based fighter that uses swords, daggers, bows, and crossbows to dispatch enemies. It will also feature advanced mobility, unique specializations, and versatility playstyles.

Players were also able to play as a Rogue in Diablo, but the class was absent from the second and third entries in the series. Blizzard said that people will be able to create “very archetypical Rogues.”

Diablo IV was first announced at BlizzCon 2019. The Activision Blizzard February 2021 earnings call revealed it will not be released in 2021.

Blizzard also announced a remastered version of Diablo II, called Diablo II Resurrected. It is set to release in 2021 for the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC.

Diablo IV is in development.
