The official Square Enix Music Twitter account announced that Motomu Toriyama, the co-director of Final Fantasy VII Remake, will make an appearance during the FFVII Remake World Tour orchestrated concert. The video clip itself is short. However, Toriyama mentioned that the broadcast in question will feature information about new, unreleased content for Final Fantasy VII Remake. The show is scheduled to take place before the concert begins. Attendees may want to sit in the live stream earlier to catch a first glimpse of what the broadcast may have in store. However, he did not go into detail about the reveal. Those interested will simply have to tune into the broadcast to find out.

Here’s the announcement:

Originally, the Final Fantasy VII Remake World Tour orchestra concerts were going to be held at live venues across the globe. However, due to the situation surrounding COVID-19, some of these live performances were canceled. They were then re-announced as broadcasted performance. This included the Tokyo concerts, with one of these concerts now being the aforementioned broadcast. Some changes have been made to the line up of guests, but this was in response to the changes regarding the previously cancelled live performance.

Final Fantasy VII Remake is available for the PlayStation 4. The FFVII Remake concert and announcement will be held on February 13, 2021.
