SNK vs Capcom: Match of the Millennium Will Come to Nintendo Switch

The official SNK Global Twitter account announced that SNK vs Capcom: Match of the Millennium will appear on on the Nintendo eShop very soon. Consumers can expect to get their hands on the SNK vs Capcom: Match of the Millennium Nintendo Switch port on February 17, 2021. SNK Global has currently not announced how much the port of the crossover fighter will cost.

The original title released for the NEOGEO Pocket Color in 1999. This entry featured more than a handful of popular characters from both various Capcom and SNK IPs. This includes Capcom fighting game characters like Chun-Li and Ryu from Street Fighter, and even Morrigan from the Darkstalkers series. While characters like Terry Bogard from Fatal Fury: King of Fighters and Iori Yagami from King of Fighters are included from SNK’s IPs.

In July 2020, King of Fighters R-2 released to Nintendo Switch as part of the “NEOGEO Pocket Color Selection.” Other titles in the lineup include SNK GAL’S FIGHTERS, Samurai Shodown! 2, THE LAST BLADE: Beyond Destiny, and Fatal Fury First Contact. The Fatal Fury First Contact was the most recent Nintendo Switch port, and featured the same roster as the original release.

SNK vs Capcom: Match of the Millennium will release on the Nintendo Switch on February 17, 2021.
