It turns out Microsoft isn’t the only company that will celebrate The Game Awards 2020 with a sale. Nintendo is getting in on it too. It announced a The Game Awards eShop sale. However, since it won’t start until the event begins at 4pm PT/7pm ET on December 10, 2020, we only know four of the games that will be discounted during the promotion.
Here’s Nintendo’s tweet announcing the promotion.
Starting at 4 PM PT, head to the Nintendo eShop to celebrate #TheGameAwards with deals on great #NintendoSwitch games like #FireEmblem: Three Houses, Raji: An Ancient Epic, and more! pic.twitter.com/3OiEsR9Hxn

While Nintendo only noted Fire Emblem: Three Houses and Raji: An Ancient Epic would be discounted in the tweet, its announcement confirmed two more games that would be on sale. Ori and the Will of the Wisps and Carrion will both also be reduced.
Microsoft’s similar sale also discounts Ori and the Will of the Wisps. The Xbox One version will be $14.99 digitally until December 13, 2020.
The Game Awards and Nintendo’s eShop sale connected to it will begin at 4pm PT/7pm ET on December 10, 2020. One of the announcements will reveal the identity of the new Super Smash Bros Ultimate fighter.
