Check out the Atelier Ryza 2 gameplay trailer for “Systems part” below:
Photo Mode allows you to take pictures with more customizable options in Atelier Ryza 2. There are filters and frames to choose from, as well as poses and expressions that you can set for each character in the photo op. Gust will add more frames through updates.
The Puni raising feature is improved in the sequel. This time, you’ll get to level up your Punis, and they’ll gain a higher chance of getting rare items at higher levels. Furthermore, some items in the game will only be available through Punis. Lastly, the trailer shows the new atelier furnishing system. This will basically allow you to treat Ryza’s atelier as her own personal house. Decorations range from furnishing like beds to character plushes that you can collect.
Atelier Ryza 2 will release for the PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch in Japan on December 3, 2020. A pre-release live stream will take place in Japan on November 26, 2020. The game will release in North America for the AtePS5, PS4, Switch, and PC via Steam on January 26, 2021. Europe will get the game on January 29, 2021.
