After miHoYo released the Genshin Impact 1.1 update, players had whole new story segments to experience. New Archon Quests brought in additional characters and challenges. However, some people experienced some issues. Namely, they had problems with the difficulty level for the Genshin Impact Childe boss fight. Now, miHoYo confirmed on Twitter that it will be rebalanced in the November 19, 2020 update.
Here’s miHoYo’s announcement.
Dear Travelers:
Our developers are planning to make the following fix within the 11/19/2020 update:
Decrease the difficulty of the Childe boss fight in the archon quest "Heart of Glaze."#GenshinImpact

Once people reach Adventurer Rank 23 in Genshin Impact, the Liyue Chapter’s three Archon Quests acts open up one after another. The third and final phase of the story is A New Star Approaches. (It opens up after your rank hits 35. What follows is a Heart of Glaze quest that eventually leads to the Genshin Impact Childe boss fight.
Since the character can put up a shield, uses homing attacks and switches up strategies, it can be a bit more involved than the prologue’s boss fight. (As you might expect from the playable version of Childe, the Hydro element will be used against you, but also expect Electro attacks.) Being near the edges and having some DPS characters (like Diluc or Klee) on hand to handle the shield is a good idea. However, now that miHoYo is adjusting it, new tactics could come up.
Genshin Impact is available for the PlayStation 4, PC and both Android and Apple iOS devices. A Nintendo Switch version is also in the works.
