Who’s in the mood for love? It’s time to meet the My Time at Sandrock bachelors and bachelorettes. Pathea Games shared a new trailer that looks at potential love interests that will absolutely appear in the life simulation, complete with profiles for Amirah, Elsie, Owen, and Qi.
While this is only a brief introduction, potential players can get an idea of what matters to each one of these people. Amirah is also new to Sandrock and owns her own shop. She’s an artist who focuses on pottery. Elsie works on her father’s ranch and grew up in the town. Own owns the town’s bar, the Blue Moon, and loves music. Qi is a doctor and researcher in town looking at “Old World technology.” (As a reminder, both My Time at Portia and My Time at Sandrock are post-apocalyptic games.)
Here’s the My Time at Sandrock bachelors and bachelorettes video. Keep in mind that the game is still growing and developing. The $600,000 stretch goal would add two more love interests, the $1,000,000 would add multiplayer marriage as a feature, and the $3,000,000 goal would make it possible to “romance all eligible characters.”
My Time at Sandrock is seeking funds on Kickstarter until November 22, 2020. Pathea was seeking $100,000, and it already passed over $288,000 from over 5,300 people as of November 8, 2020. If all goes according to plan, it should enter Steam Early Access in March 2021, appear on other PC storefronts in Spring 2022, and show up on the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X in Summer 2022.
