NIS America Wants People to Pick the Disgaea 6 Reverse Cover

NIS America is turning to the people for help with a crucial question. It wants to know what should happen with the Disgaea 6 cover art. Namely, it opened a poll on October 29, 2020 asking which one of three possible designs should be used as the reverse cover option for the physical Nintendo Switch copies released outside of Japan.

First, here is the official cover for the game.

Now, these are the three alternate Disgaea 6 cover art options. The first features the same art as the primary design, only with the logo moved to a different position. The second calls to mind Disgaea designs showing entire casts. The third pulls from the teaser art used to hint at the game back in August 2020.

This is both a poll and a contest. Five people who voice their opinion will win a copy of the winning cover that will be signed by Takehito Harada, the artist behind NIS games like Disgaea and Phantom Brave.

The Disgaea 6 Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 versions will launch in Japan on January 28, 2021, with the Nintendo Switch version appearing worldwide in Summer 2021. This Disgaea 6 cover poll to determine the reverse cover for the worldwide Switch release will close on November 13, 2020.
