People will have an opportunity to pull for a new selection of Genshin Impact weapons this week. The next collection of equipment will be available in Epitome Invocation. miHoYo announced the new Wishes banner on Twitter. Here’s hoping you have a character who could make good use of its focus five-star catalyst and claymore. The banner will appear at 18:00 server time on October 20, 2020.

Both of the two new five-stars are only the second ones available in their categories. The catalyst, which is essentially a magical book for mages, is Lost Prayer to the Sacred Winds. Someone like Lisa or Barbara could equip it. The claymore is Wolf’s  Gravestone, and a person could have maybe Beidou or Noelle carry one into battle.

The focus four-star Genshin Impact weapons for this banner were also shared in the image. People will have a better chance of getting the Sacrificial Greatsword claymore, the Sacrificial Sword… sword, the Sacrificial Bow… bow, the Sacrificial Fragments catalyst, and the Dragon’s Bane polearm. (Yes, that spear breaks up the whole Sacrificial theme.)

This new banner will run alongside a new one focusing on characters. So people will be able to choose between getting new equipment with Epitome Invocation or trying for the new fiery five-star character Klee with Sparkling Steps.

Genshin Impact is available for the PlayStation 4, PC, and both Android and Apple iOS devices. It is also in development for the Nintendo Switch.
