Resident Evil Village Will Be Part of Capcom’s Tokyo Game Show 2020 Lineup

Resident Evil Village will be part of Capcom’s Tokyo Game Show 2020 lineup. The announcement came through the Capcom Developer 1 official Twitter. The tweet apologized for the delay regarding news and acknowledge that fans were excited to hear new information for the upcoming Resident Evil title. Fans can expect more information at the Resident Evil Village TGS 2020 appearance on September 27, 2020 at 12pm-3pm UTC/5am-8am PT.

In addition to the tweet, Capcom included a link to the its TGS 2020 lineup. Supposedly exciting Resident Evil Village and Street Fighter V announcements will be shared during the event. Other than the lineup announcement, Capcom has also shared a schedule for when new Street Fighter V and Resident Evil Village information will be broadcast.

The schedule is as follows:

  • Street Fighter V – September 26, 2020 at 12pm – 3pm UTC/5am – 8am PTD
  • Resident Evil Village – September 27, 2020 at 12pm – 3pm UTC/5am – 8am PTD

Pre-orders for Resident Evil Village TGS 2020 merchandise have gone live. Until September 26, 2020, fans can pre-order exclusive items. These include Resident Evil Village-branded t-shirts and bomber jackets.

Resident Evil Village is in development for the PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and PC, and it will launch in 2021.
