Square Enix announced that its upcoming rhythm-action game Kingdom Hearts: Melody of Memory will release for the PS4, Switch, and Xbox One on November 13, 2020. The game will arrive a little earlier in Japan on November 11, 2020.

The Kingdom Hearts: Melody of Memory trailer is shown at the beginning of the Direct mini. In this rhythm-based world, you’ll take on stages themed after locations in the Kingdom Hearts series and Disney universe. As for the gameplay, it requires matching the rhythm to achieve high scores. You can also use abilities to attack enemies.
In “Memory Dive” mode, players can take on stages from past memories. In Boss Mode, you’ll take on bosses and dodge their powerful attacks with proper timing. Furthermore, by clearing stages, you can unlock a music player with a variety of tracks and story cinematics featuring scenes from the series.
Kingdom Hearts: Melody of Memory will release for the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox One in North America and Europe on November 13, 2020. The game will release in Japan on November 11, 2020. In case you missed it in June, check here for a look at the game’s first trailer and screenshots.
