The Game Boy Final Fantasy Legend games are coming to the Nintendo Switch. During the August 26, 2020 Nintendo Direct Mini, Collection of SaGa Final Fantasy Legend was announced. It will bundle all three of the original Game Boy entries and appear on December 15, 2020. It can be pre-purchased now and will only be available digitally.
As you might imagine, all three games are bundled into the compilation. You get Final Fantasy Legend, Final Fantasy Legend II, and Final Fantasy Legend III. All three have a virtual Game Boy shown on screen, an option to adjust the game speed, and the ability to adjust the screen size. There will also be a 30th anniversary song.
This comes after the Collection of Mana Switch release. That compilation gave people Final Fantasy Adventure, Secret of Mana, and Trials of Mana in one compilation with some additional updated options. It also marked the first official English release of Seiken Densetsu 3 worldwide, as it was previously a Japan-exclusive SNES game.
Final Fantasy Legend, Final Fantasy Legend II, and Final Fantasy Legend III are available for the Game Boy. Collection of SaGa Final Fantasy Legend will show up on the Nintendo Switch on December 15, 2020.
