Monster Hunter World: Iceborne will be celebrating its one year anniversary. To celebrate the occasion, limited events will be seeing re-runs through the months of August and September. The official Monster Hunter Twitter posted a schedule for these upcoming re-runs, outlining when each specific event will be taking place. The events will be the Holiday Joy Fest, Grand Appreciation Fest, and the Full Bloom Fest. This is great news for players that have recently picked up Iceborne, or for returning players that may have missed out on these events.
The full schedule for the upcoming Monster Hunter World: Iceborne one year anniversary event re-runs are:
- Holiday Joy Fest: August 21 – September 3
- Grand Appreciation Fest: September 4 – September 17
- Full Bloom Fest: September 18 – September 30
That seems like plenty of time for players to reap the rewards and make the cosmetics that are available to each, unique event.
In addition to the event re-runs, the Frostfang Barioth will be added into the game this month. Players will be able to hunt this monster variant for a limited time. The event, “The Last White Knight,” will be available from August 6 to August 19, 2020. Those that wish to engage this icy foe will be rewards Frostfang armor, weapons, and palico gear. The upcoming Frostfang Barioth event quests will give players that may have already completed the seasonal events something to do in the meantime.
Monster Hunter World and its expansion, Iceborne, are available for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam.
