After some cheeky mail, some online scuttlebutt, years of rumors, and some pretty blatant leaks, Crash Bandicoot 4 has been officially confirmed. It’s appropriately subtitled It’s About Time, because it has a “4” in the title despite several past Crash Bandicoot sequels. Those ones didn’t count, apparently. Anyway, while the leaks have already showed us screenshots, the cover art, and the supposed release date, the folks at Activision Blizzard are going ahead with their planned reveal. The official Crash Bandicoot 4 reveal is scheduled for tomorrow, June 22, 200, at 8 AM PT/11 AM ET. Check out the tweet, which gives us a fun look at part of the reveal:

As we know, tomorrow is going to be notably fuzzy. Fuzzy as in streaming video resolutions, as we’ll be returning to the Summer Game Fest. Fuzzy as in Crash Bandicoot 4 reveal content taking place during that stream. Fuzzy as in special guest tech correspondent Alf, who is a fuzzy alien puppet and he likes to eat cats. Fuzzy as in my brain, which no longer functions as it should after looking at this photograph of Crash Bandicoot and Geoff Keighley hanging out in front of expensive and corny California architecture, both of them responsibly wearing face masks.
