There’s a certain schedule new Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Spirits follow whenever they are added to the game. First, there’s a limited time event, during which people have a chance of seeing them. Then, they go away for a while. Finally, they return in wider circulation. That has just happened with the Super Smash Bros Ultimate Warframe and Cuphead Spirits. Nintendo Europe reminded people all five are now more readily available on the Spirit Board.
All of these Spirits originally appeared back in February 2020. The four Cuphead Spirits, which consist of Cuphead and Mugman as Primary Spirits and The Devil and King Dice as Support Spirits, showed up in the “Ready? Wallop!” event. The Super Smash Bros Ultimate Warframe Spirit gave people a chance to earn the enhanceable Primary Spirit Lotus shortly after during “Spirits in Black.”
The Cuphead fights to earn Cuphead or Mugman should prove especially interesting. As mentioned earlier in June 2020, these Spirit Battles now involve a Mii Fighter Gunner character wearing the Cuphead costume.
As for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate itself, something is brewing. The next fighter, which will be pulled from ARMS, will be revealed on June 22, 2020.
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is available for the Nintendo Switch.
