GTA V PS5 Version Confirmed, PlayStation Plus Gives PS4 Owners GTA$ (Update)

Apparently, you can’t keep Grand Theft Auto V down. Sony’s PlayStation 5 game reveal kicked off with a port port announcement, rather than a look at an entirely new game. A GTA VPS5 version will be heading to the system after it launches. It will be “expanded and enhanced,” though there was no elaboration as to how. It also didn’t note exactly when it will appear beyond a vague 2021 window.

While people wait for the new version of GTA V , there will be something PlayStation 4 owners can do right now. Until GTA V PS5 launches, people with the PS4 version can get GTA$1 million every month. If this works like other PlayStation Plus incentives, people might have to head to the PlayStation Store on a monthly basis to ensure they get their free virtual cash.

Grand Theft Auto V is immediately available on the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC. The GTA V PS5 version will launch in 2021.
